Nurse at 60% EMPA of Nant organizes all public healthcare in the eastern Vaud region. It assumes public health responsibilities at the request of Vaud. Its healthcare services are open to all, children, adolescents, adults, and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are provided by psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and other mental health professionals. The Nant is a member of the Vaud Hospital Federation (FHV), the umbrella organization of recognized public interest regional hospitals in Vaud. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut along with those from the Chablais region of Vaud and Valais. Rooted in psychoanalysis through its history, the Nant currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision manifests itself through its services and openness to others. To support its Mobile Team for Geriatric Care and Psychotherapy (EMPA), the Nant is offering a position for a Nurse at 60% MISSION EMPA addresses individuals aged 65 and older suffering from psychological disorders and/or cognitive disorders, who do not find their place in traditional care pathways and require ongoing support. EMPA interventions can take place at home or in the person's living environment, such as X. The objective is to facilitate access to care. Note that this position includes an intra-muros part in the OFFRONS. The service of geriatric care and psychotherapy (SPPPA) is one of the services of the Nant. Its mission is to ensure care for individuals aged over 65 in the eastern Vaud region. The mobile team for geriatric care operates throughout the East sector upon request from treating physicians, care teams, or relatives for elderly individuals over 65 experiencing psychological distress. Being a nurse within this unit means working in a dynamic environment at the heart of a multidisciplinary team and interacting with external partners in the network CHERCHONS. We are looking for a nurse with experience in geriatric care, holding a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing with Swiss Red Cross recognition (or an equivalent title). The ability to serve, demonstrate solidarity and flexibility towards colleagues, and embody the institution's values are important for working as a nurse within the Nant.
