NurseLa Rozavère brings together three medico-social establishments (EMS) as well as a housing structure (SPAH). EMS X is looking for its future nurse with experience in and/orMISSIONAs a nurse, you plan, carry out, and supervise the care provided to our residents while respecting their safety and well-being. In addition, you coordinate the interventions of external parties with the residents of the unit. In close collaboration with doctors, you participate in the medical follow-up of residents and implement medical orders. Your team spirit promotes the development of a support project. Thanks to your listening skills and your kindness, you respond to residents as well as their relatives, among other things about the care provided. You also ensure that all relevant information about their health is recorded in the residents' files. You participate in the meetings organized within the unit.Are you enthusiastic and do you wish to work in a positive atmosphere where teamwork is encouraged? In your role, you will accompany and supervise your ASSC colleagues, health auxiliaries, and any other staff.PROFILEYou hold a diploma in nursing or a qualification deemed equivalent. You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the role. You possess confidence, excellent communication skills, and leadership abilities.
