We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse / RMN to join our dynamic team in a fast paced acute hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects and efficacy.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in acute distress.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient treatment and progress.

Requirements

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification or equivalent.
• Current and valid NMC registration.
• Experience in an acute hospital setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of mental health issues and crisis intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
