Job Description

Fortius Clinic London are hiring a Registered Nurse to join their Surgical Ward in Marylebone, London.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working a mixture of days, nights and weekends.

37.5 hours per week.

Up to £37,000 per year + unsocial hours on top.

  • RGN with a minimum of 1 year post-registration experience.

  • Previous Hospital / NHS Experience.

  • Ability to be flexible with a rota, including weekends and night shifts.

  • Undertaken a relevant phlebotomy course and current clinical practice in this area.

  • Evidence of continuous professional development.

  • Relevant orthopaedic experience.

  • Good IT skills and ability to use clinical data systems.

  • Basic understanding of patient care issues in day surgery.

  • Be able to demonstrate knowledge of NMC professional code of conduct and its application.

  • Understanding of fundamentals of nursing care and ability to deliver a high standard of individualised care.

  • Up to date clinical skills.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and some experience of managing a small team.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload.
