Job Description

We are supporting a leading international engineering company in the delivery of civil engineering design and management activities for major nuclear projects, including Hinkley Point C (HPC) and Sizewell C (SZC).

The role involves working within a highly regulated environment, contributing to complex infrastructure and reinforced concrete design packages.

Deliver civil engineering design and technical coordination for nuclear projects
Manage and coordinate engineering work packages
Review and validate contractor deliverables and technical queries
Perform or supervise reinforced concrete structural analysis and design
Provide technical guidance to engineering teams
Interface with clients and key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with:
- Eurocodes
- British Standards
- Nuclear industry requirements
Support tendering and business development activities when required

Profile :

Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 10+ years of experience (20 years preferred)
Strong experience in:
- reinforced concrete design
- major infrastructure projects
- nuclear or highly regulated environments (UK preferred)
Proven experience with:
- ANSYS or equivalent FEM software
Strong knowledge of:
- Eurocodes / British Standards
Experience on projects such as HPC or SZC is a strong advantage
