NQ Structured Finance Solicitor

Our client one of the leading firms in the Irish market is looking to hire a recently qualified Solicitor/due to qualify trainee to join their Structured Finance team.

The team advises international clients on capital markets and structured finance transactions executed in, and through, Ireland, including repacks and other asset securitisations. They also write and advise on derivatives transactions and credit risk transfer instruments.

Candidates with transactional experience in the Banking or Finance department of a commercial firm are encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity for a junior lawyer in a more general team to break into or specialise into a practice which offers great career opportunities in terms of potentially practicing abroad or moving in-house in the financial services sector down the line.
