NQ Solicitor - Private Client Litigation Role - Legal 500 Yorkshire Firm

A well respected Legal 500 firm are looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their litigation team, ideally in Huddersfield. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience in litigation (preferably contentious probate but thats not essential as can be developed) and is eager to join and grow within a successful, community focused practice.

The firm is led by a Legal 500 Recommended Director who specialises in contentious probate, including advising on inheritance disputes, problems with executors and issues involving financial abuse of the elderly.

• Join the litigation team and support on contentious probate matters and general litigation work as required.
• Assist with inheritance disputes, executor issues and related litigation under supervision.
• Contribute to a community minded practice and develop as a solicitor within the firm.

• Newly Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 months experience in litigation.
• Contested probate experience is preferred but not essential and can be developed.
