Job Title: Family Solicitor (NQ - 4 Years' PQE)

A leading law firm based in St Albans, renowned for their expertise in family law are currently seeking a motivated Family Solicitor with 0 to 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload, including divorce proceedings, financial settlements, private law children cases, cohabitation disputes, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
• Client Relations: Provide high-quality legal advice, ensuring exceptional client care and maintaining strong, trusting relationships.
• Advocacy: Represent clients effectively in court and during negotiations, demonstrating strong advocacy skills.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, sharing insights and contributing to a supportive work environment.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance legal expertise and career progression.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 0 to 4 years' PQE in family law
• Experience in managing family law cases, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements
