NPPV3 Cleared Field Engineer

NPPV3 Cleared Field Engineer - 2 months Contract - £230/day via umbrella company - onsite Somerset - SCC FLEX CONTRACT

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Field Engineer to join our team in executing critical hardware operations across various sites. This role focuses on the physical installation, removal, and replacement of wall-mounted Wi-Fi units, ensuring reliable connectivity and optimal equipment performance.

Your responsibilities as a Field Engineer:

• Install and secure new Wi-Fi boxes following site-specific layout plans and technical guidelines.
• Carry and operate essential tools and equipment
• Document work completed and ensure installations meet company standards for quality and functionality.
• Travel between client sites within the assigned region, managing time effectively to complete scheduled jobs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and site contacts to resolve installation challenges and report progress.

As a suitable Field Engineer, you will have:

• Previous experience in hardware installation or related field engineering work.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and electrical safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• NPPV3 clearance
