Job Description

Overview

JOB TITLE: New Product Introduction Manager / NPI Manager

The COMPANY: Our client is a well-established engineering sub-contract organisation specialising in the Yellow Construction Industry. They offer a full engineering solution including laser cutting, press brake, tube bending, fabrication, and related services.

Responsibilities

Develop and introduce new products, ensuring PPAP approved parts are produced to customer specifications.
Cross functional feasibility reviews
Tooling design and manufacture
Assembly development
Handover process for seamless production integration
CMM measurement of samples
Preparation of PPAP documentation
Work closely with suppliers
Support customers with manufacturing design queries

Requirements / Qualifications

NP I experience
Background in engineering and fabrication
Ability to multi-task and prioritise based on changing customer demands
Knowledge of CMM measuring devices
3D CAD would be advantageous
Experience working on projects with APQP/PPAP requirements
