  • Drive structured Root Cause Analysis activities using 8D methodologies and implement robust corrective actions
  • Implement, manage, and validate containment activities during critical build phases
  • Assess supplier readiness, including process capability, production capacity, and quality control measures
  • Identify, track, and upscale risks impacting quality, delivery, timing, or programme milestones
  • Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Programme teams
  • Provide clear and structured reporting on launch status, open concerns, and mitigation plans

We are ideally looking for candidates with a minimum of 3-7 years' experience within Supplier Quality or Launch Quality environments in automotive manufacturing.

  • Proven background within Supplier Quality / SQA / SQE roles
  • Direct experience supporting NPI and launch programmes
  • Strong understanding of APQP / PPAP, FMEA / Control Plans, and manufacturing processes such as machining and composites
  • Strong stakeholder management and supplier facing communication skills
  • Ability to work within fast paced programme environments and manage multiple priorities
Key Attributes
  • Results driven mindset with the ability to work under demanding programme timelines
  • Hands on and proactive approach to issue resolution
