NPD Technologist: Create Premium Food Concepts for Retail

E3recruitment is seeking an experienced NPD Technologist to join a collaborative product development team in the UK. You will develop new, innovative food products and manage concepts from brief to market, working with retailers.

Reporting to the Development Manager, you will conduct feasibility studies, kitchen trials, costings and documentation, and mentor a junior technologist to ensure smooth scale-up with Technical, Packaging and Process teams.
