A fast-growing, contemporary QSR brand serving freshly made dishes across the UK & globally are rapidly expanding globally with a heavy focus on innovation and are looking for a NPD Manager to take over & lead the division. They are committed to delivering a fresh, high-quality customer experience that sets us apart in the market. This individual will drive the creation and launch of new, exciting menu items across all locations; blending creativity with commercial insight, ensuring every new product aligns with brand standards, operational feasibility, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of new menu items from concept through launch.
• Recommend appropriate cooking processes, techniques, and equipment to ensure consistency, quality, and operational efficiency across all stores.
• Collaborate with chefs, operations, marketing, and supply chain to ensure products are scalable and cost-effective.
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Manage recipe creation, testing, and menu trial processes.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
• Ensure all new products meet health, safety, and quality standards.
• Support international expansion by adapting products for new markets.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in food product development, ideally in QSR or fast-growing F&B brands.
• Strong understanding of culinary trends and operational constraints in high-volume outlets.
• Ability to translate creative ideas into commercially viable menu items.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach.
