NPD Brand Manager

Do you love the buzz of launching a new Beauty product?

As our NPD Brand Manager you'll be responsible for leading theend-to-end development and launch of innovative and ethical beautyand wellbeing products. With an eagle eye on market trends you'llutilise consumer insight to identify white space opportunities forproposed product innovations.

Combining strategic planning, creative direction and strongcommercial acumen you'll deliver innovative product launches intoa competitive beauty landscape, showcasing our points ofdifference. You'll be developing, managing and implementing NPD& EPD from concept to launch, including ideation, formulationand packaging with a go to market strategy.

You will be collaborating with internal teams and agencies todeliver best in class product development, whilst challenging thestatus quo. Never compromising on brand values, you'll be pushingthe boundaries on quality to drive things forward.

What you'll need:

• Ideally educated to Degree Level or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years experience in brand / product management
• Strong brand and consumer insight experience, ideally withinFMCG / beauty environment
• Proven experience in beauty or wellbeing product development
• Excellent project management and problem solving skills
• Highly numerate with strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
• Captivating communication, presentation and storytelling abilities
