North West Children's Homes Operations Lead (RI)

Vetro Recruitment is looking for a Children's Home Operations Manager / Responsible Individual to oversee up to six children's residential care homes in the North West. The role involves managing Registered Managers, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations, and improving service outcomes for children.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management and at least two years' experience in a similar role. A driving license and strong leadership skills are essential.
