North London Youth Talent Scout - Regional Phase

Brentford FC is seeking a Regional YDP Scout for North London to identify and track high-potential players across grassroots, academies and non-league environments. You will contribute to the early stages of the player pathway, supporting the Recruitment team with structured scouting reports and recommendations.

You will work within a team of scouts, attend fixtures and development centre activities, and ensure all activity aligns with safeguarding and club standards. North London region focus.
