North Europe Demand & Category Strategy Lead

SodaStream, part of PepsiCo, seeks a Demand Acceleration Manager to lead and deliver best-in-class commercial execution in the North Europe markets. The role focuses on shaping demand strategies, elevating customer partnerships, and driving sustainable growth across brick & mortar and online channels.

You will embed data-driven decision making, customer engagement, and Perfect Store Execution standards, collaborating with Sales, Trade Marketing, and DX teams to deliver joint business plans.
