Non-contentious Probate Solicitor

Our Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners ranked client is seeking a 5 year PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong background in Non-Contentious Probate matters. The role is on a part-time basis over a 12 month FTC, with a view to become permanent.

You will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of wills, trusts, and probate processes, procedures, and legislation. The role involves managing a varied caseload of probate and trust matters, with significant client-facing responsibilities. You will support and represent clients in sensitive and important matters, while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
