Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a No2 Deputy Manager to join our store in Fosse Park.

This is a 37.5 hour position working 5 out of 7 days.

  • Creating exciting new store displays with the freedom to make commercial decisions within our visual merchandising guidelines

  • Running the store in the Store Managers absence
About the person
  • Enthusiastic, incredibly ambitious and ready for anything
  • Optimistic and energetic
  • Prepared to work hard
  • Passionate about retail/customer service/footwear
  • Lead from the front and motivate the team around you
  • Keen eye for detail and commerciality
  • Proven track record of leadership
  • Personal values align with company values
  • Previous management experience in customer service and/ or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
