NL-26-011 Software/Tools Engineer

The nLogic team is seeking a Software/Tools Engineer to join our team in the Huntsville, AL area.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
• Education and Experience Requirement
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline preferred from an accredited university
• Experience developing software in multiple languages (e.g., Go, C++, C, ADA, Python)
• Experience with unit and system-level testing
• Familiarity with structured data formats (e.g., JSON)
• Ability to learn and work with various coding languages
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts clearly
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Must be able to work on-site in Huntsville, AL
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing tools for data processing or analysis
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle tools (e.g., issue tracking, version control, documentation platforms)
• Experience with continuous integration and code quality tools
• Understanding of containerization and modern deployment practices
