NIMIS Change Management Lead

Our client, based in Ireland, is seeking an Ireland-based contractor to support a delivery-critical engagement focused on NIMIS change management within the Irish radiology environment. NIMIS is the National Integrated Medical Imaging System, and this is a high-impact role requiring someone who can drive adoption, manage stakeholders effectively, and reduce delivery risk from day one.

The successful contractor will bring strong, proven experience in NIMIS (National Integrated Medical Imaging System) change management and demonstrable radiology experience in Ireland. You must have an established network and connections within the Irish healthcare sector, with the credibility and relationships to navigate key stakeholders and help unblock delivery.

Key responsibilities will include supporting and/or leading NIMIS change management activity, engaging across clinical and operational stakeholders, shaping and delivering change plans (communications, readiness, engagement, training and adoption tracking), and using your network to accelerate alignment and successful implementation.

Essential requirements:
* Strong knowledge of NIMIS (National Integrated Medical Imaging System) change management
* Prior experience working within the HSE/NIMIS environment
