Nightshift Store Ops Lead - Customer & Trading

We are recruiting for a Customer and Trading Manager - Nightshift at our Westhoughton Store in Bolton. You will lead a team overnight, prioritising replenishment and warehouse organisation, while maintaining a safe environment and delivering a full store operation during night hours. You'll ensure standards are ready by morning for customers.

You'll manage performance, scheduling, and pay accuracy, coaching colleagues to deliver excellent service and meet KPIs in a fast-paced retail setting.
