Nightshift Store Ops & Replenishment Lead

Sainsbury's Cheltenham Nightshift Manager role overseeing overnight replenishment, warehouse organisation, and ensuring shelves are ready for morning trade.

You'll lead a team through 21:30-07:30 shifts, own safety and performance, and drive KPI delivery while maintaining exceptional customer service and store standards.
