Nightshift Store Operations Leader

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is seeking a Nightshift Customer and Trading Manager to oversee overnight replenishment at Bramingham Park Store, Luton. You'll lead a team, prioritise deliveries, and manage stock while ensuring safety and a smooth morning reset for customers.

The role is a full-time nightshift position with a premium on top of base pay and opportunities to drive store operations and customer service through KPI monitoring and coaching of colleagues.
