Nightshift Store Manager - Replenishment & Ops

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for the nightshift at its Worksop store. In this role, you will lead the overnight team to ensure smooth operations, manage performance, and enhance customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to coach and motivate a team. A £4,500 night shift premium is included on top of the base salary.
