Job Description

Sainsbury's in the United Kingdom is seeking a nightshift manager to lead store operations overnight, prioritise deliveries, organise warehouse and replenish shelves, while hands-on involvement.

You'll manage a team, ensure safety, coaching, and drive KPIs, with responsibilities for disciplinary issues, scheduling and pay. The role offers a £4,500 premium on top of base salary and full-time hours over four nights.
