Job Description
Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Norwich is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for night shift. You'll lead overnight replenishment, prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and ensure shelves are stocked for morning trading.
You'll manage a small team, handle performance and scheduling, and oversee safety and wellbeing. The role runs 4 nights a week with a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary, reflecting the night shift hours.
