Nightshift Retail Manager: Replenishment & Team Lead

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Peterborough is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for the nightshift to drive overnight replenishment, organise the warehouse and ensure shelves are ready for morning trade. You will lead a night team and be responsible for safe, efficient store operations during hours from 22:00 to 08:00.

You will manage performance, coaching colleagues and handling disciplinaries as needed, with a full-time four-night pattern and a £4,500 premium on top of base salary.
