Night Telecare Call Handler - Vulnerable Care Support

City Of Doncaster Council is seeking a dedicated Call Handler to join the HEART team in Doncaster. You will respond to telecare activations, take calls from a variety of individuals including the vulnerable, and coordinate with families, emergency services and the response team to achieve the best outcome.

The role is part-time (13.13 hours per week) with nights 10pm-6am on a 4 on/4 off rota, pro rata salary £26,403-£27,255, and a generous local government pension.
