Night Support Worker: Empower Independence & Wellbeing

Hft is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to provide safe, person-centred support during the night for learning-disabled adults. You will help with personal care, routines, and monitoring wellbeing, while promoting independence and dignity.

The role requires flexibility for Saturday to Monday shifts (21:00-07:00) and active collaboration with day teams to ensure seamless care. A Health and Social Care qualification is encouraged, with DBS checks required.
