Job Description
Affinity Trust is seeking dedicated support workers for two part-time night shifts per week in Newbury. The role involves promoting independence for adults with learning disabilities, staying in the home during nights (10:00 PM-6:00 AM), and providing responsive support while remaining flexible for weekends.
Full training is provided, with NVQ Level 2 opportunities. Applicants must be able to attend daytime meetings and training.
