The Person

• Previous supervisory experience, ideally in a night shift environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Passion for excellent customer service
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

The Role

• To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
• Supervise night staff and delegate duties to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct regular checks of the premises to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer or guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints
