Night Stock & Operations Associate - Late Shifts

Marks & Spencer Plc in Southampton is hiring a Customer Assistant in Operations to help keep the store running smoothly. The role is physically demanding with late-night shifts and an added £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked 22:00-06:00.

Responsibilities include managing stock and deliveries, keeping shelves full and clean, and using digital tools to track stock while collaborating with colleagues across the store.
