Night Shift Workshop Leader - Manufacturing

HR GO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Workshop Team Leader to manage the night shift at our Wrexham site. You will drive production targets, uphold quality standards, and enforce health and safety throughout the shift.

We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong machining knowledge and excellent communication to organise workloads, mentor staff, and ensure smooth shift handovers on permanent nights.
