Warehouse Nightshift Manager - Aberdeen

We're looking for a Warehouse Nightshift Manager to join a fast-growing logistics business at our Aberdeen depot. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of night operations within a rapidly expanding network that is transforming delivery services across the UK.

Location: Aberdeen (AB12)
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 00:00am - 08:30am
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role

As Nightshift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations, ensuring all deliveries are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You will lead a dedicated night team, maintain high performance standards while creating a positive and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve productivity and service targets
• Oversee the smooth running of night warehouse operations
• Plan and forecast staffing levels, including rotas and annual leave
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in operational KPIs
• Ensure all deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards
• Deliver clear handovers to the incoming shift team
• Support onboarding, training, and development of staff
• Maintain a strong focus on health & safety compliance

About You

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
• Proven people management experience with strong leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good IT skills and confidence using operational systems
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• FLT licence (desirable but not essential)
