Night Shift Team Leader - Retail Floor

ASDA in Hereford is seeking a Team Leader to manage daily operations on the shop floor. You will guide the team, ensure smooth stock flow and provide excellent customer service, while supporting new starters and solving issues as they arise.

You will work nights, coordinate with your manager, stay organized, and keep the team motivated to deliver high standards and a positive shopping experience for customers.
