Night Shift Team Lead - Grocery Retail

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Team Leader for one of our Waitrose shops. You will lead a customer-focused team, drive service standards and contribute to selling through operational excellence.

The role runs 37.5 hours per week, across seven nights including weekends. You will support the shop management team, ensure safety and compliance, assist with online orders and stock replenishment, and help maximise commercial performance.
