Night Shift Store Leader: Stock, Safety & Team Growth

Morrisons is seeking a Night Manager to lead our night shift, ensuring the store is stocked, spotless, and ready for trade the next morning. You'll report to the Store Manager and bring a proactive approach to keep operations running smoothly through the night.

You will manage department scheduling and attendance, coach colleagues to develop their skills, and collaborate with fellow store managers to hit targets while maintaining stock accuracy and safety.
