Night-Shift Store Leader - Customer Team Lead

Co-op Digital in Aberfeldy is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small team on the night shift and ensure smooth store operations from 10pm to 7am. The role involves hands-on leadership on the shop floor, supporting tills, and maintaining stock and service standards.

You will lead by example, promote excellent customer service, and engage with local community initiatives. A permanent, part-time role offering overtime and career development within the Co-op family.
