Night Shift Store Leader - Boost Stock, People & Safety

Morrisons is seeking a Night Manager to run the overnight shift, ensuring shelves are stocked, counters prepped, and the store is ready each morning.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will set the pace, drive efficiency, and maintain team morale on the night shift, leading from the floor.

You'll manage stock flow, labour productivity, health and safety, and handovers to daytime managers, with 33 days leave and various staff benefits.
