Night Shift Store Leader - 24/7 Retail Ops

Asda Livingston is seeking a Lead Night Manager to lead the night team and keep the store running while the world sleeps, ensuring we deliver the best availability and top shop floor standards across departments.

You'll be accountable for night planning and execution in a larger-format store, working a rolling rota of four nights over seven including weekends, and overseeing operations through the night.

This role requires a hands-on leader, strong decision making and a customer-focused approach.
