Night-Shift Senior Care Lead - Dementia & Nursing

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts to deliver compassionate, person-centered care in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist homes. You will lead a team, maintain records, assist with medications and support residents and their families with dignity and independence.

You'll ideally hold a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care, work towards Level 3, and bring knowledge of dementia care. We offer extensive training and a wide range of benefits.
