Job Description
Sterling Cross Ltd is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Odiham to deliver person-centred care in a newly built home with luxury facilities. The role covers 12-hour nights (8PM-8AM) and includes leading shifts, supporting junior staff, and ensuring high standards of care.
The ideal candidate has NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, strong clinical skills, and a proven track record in residential care. Right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
