Night-Shift Resident Experience Host

urbanbubble in Harrow is seeking a friendly, proactive on-site host to greet residents, manage enquiries, and help create a welcoming, vibrant building culture. This night-shift role runs 8pm-8am on a 4-on 4-off pattern, with a strong focus on service delivery and human connection.

You'll handle front-desk tasks, respond to resident feedback, coordinate access, monitor safety checks, and support day teams on handover. Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills are essential.
