Night Shift QA Lead - Food Quality & Compliance

Scantec Personnel Limited is seeking a Quality Assurance Team Leader for a busy food manufacturing site in Scotland. You will lead quality activities on shift, ensuring products meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements and GMP standards.

You'll oversee QA testing, audits, root-cause investigations and support trials, driving continuous improvement and coaching colleagues to sustain high quality and safety across the operation.
