Job Description
Vickerstock in Drogheda, Co Louth, is recruiting a Night Shift Production Manager to oversee a fast-paced food manufacturing operation from 11pm to 7.30am. This full-time, permanent role will lead a team of 40-45 staff, drive production targets, and ensure quality, safety and efficiency during the night shift.
The successful candidate will have supervisory experience in food manufacturing, proven leadership skills, and a strong focus on KPIs, quality and health and safety.
