Night Shift Production Lead - Welding & Fabrication

Terex Cookstown is looking for a Night Shift Production Team Leader to guide the night production team and perform welding/fabrication tasks when required. You will lead workload planning, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires hands-on technical ability, strong people leadership, and a commitment to Lean principles to drive efficiency and quality improvements across the line.
