Night Shift Ops Supervisor 3 on/3 off FMCG

Aspion Search in Coventry is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage the night shift across a fast-paced FMCG site. You will lead a team of up to 20, monitor performance against KPIs, ensure safety, quality and efficient operations, and partner with Shift Managers to drive continuous improvement.

This role offers full training and clear progression into a supervisory position, with a 3 on/3 off pattern and a salary range of £33,000-£45,000 per year.
