Night Shift Operations Lead: Drive Performance & Team Growth

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager for Print on Demand Operations in the UK. You will lead a team of Area Managers, manage night shift operations, and drive safety, quality and productivity targets across the site.

You'll design operational plans, mentor managers, analyse performance data, and collaborate with HR, Finance and Health & Safety to deliver continuous improvement. The role is hands-on, with a focus on leadership and operational excellence.
