Posted 1 hour 10 minutes ago by Trades Workforce Solutions
If you are looking for a role managing an entire food factory, and could consider working a four days per week Night Shift role to get to that level of responsibility, then this might be your next role.
You would get to use your experience managing a production shift in a UK food factory to assume overall control of the site on nights, including Warehousing and two Production areas reporting in, as well as "dotted line" Engineering responsibility.
The company is looking for someone who wants a step up, or those at this level already, who might just want to work for a highly stable and successful business who is growing turnover rapidly. If you get this job, you'd soon find out what a friendly, collaborative bunch they are, that the company listens to its managers, and that they encourage a culture of development and internal promotion.
The role is Monday night to Friday morning (4 working days from 7) approximately 10 hours on each day.
Based on site in Lancashire
£50,000 basic salary
Matched pension scheme (significantly better than auto enrolment)
25 days annual leave in total, including statutory days.
So if this sounds like the step up you are looking for, apply today and we will call you with more information
